For those new to dog training, please take the time to read the manual carefully before using our products. Here are some important tips to keep in mind:

1. Limit your pet's collar wearing time to 12 hours a day and adjust its position every 1-2 hours. Remember to clean your pet's neck after removing the collar to prevent any discomfort.

2. Wait until your dog is at least 6 months old before using the collar for training.

3. Always use the electric shock mode as a last resort. Start at the lowest level (1-19) and gradually increase until your dog responds.

4. You can easily charge the collar using a power bank, computer, or a car's USB outlet. If using an adapter, make sure it has a power of no more than 5V1A.

5. Check your dog's neck daily for any signs of skin irritation. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use until the skin heals.

6. When using the electric shock mode, be sure to wear a silicone cap. If electric shock is not needed, you can remove the metal conductive post.

7. The collar is waterproof with an IP67 rating, but the remote control is not waterproof. Ensure to keep it away from water.
